Shipping Policy / Return Policy
To ensure customer satisfaction and low prices, shipping is included on all of our
items that are shipped within the Continental United States. At this time, we do
not ship internationally. We ship our products via FedEx, UPS, USPS, DHL, as well
as utilizing several third party trucking companies for larger furniture and bedding
deliveries. Most orders that are submitted leave our warehouse within 24 hours of
placement. Some larger furniture orders that need to be shipped via truckload may
require a longer lead time of 7-10 days, as these items will need to be scheduled
for delivery at a time that you will be available to receive your shipment.
As part of our commitment to getting our customers the products they want, when
they want them we offer several methods of shipment including free standard delivery,
and expedited options such as 2 day and next day delivery. These expedited options
do require additional payment for services rendered.
As part of our commitment to customer satisfaction, if there are any problems such
as a mistaken or damaged item, the customer will receive a replacement for no extra
cost. If for any reason the customer is unhappy or unsatisfied with their purchase,
they are free to return the item within 30 days for a full refund. Please note that
some of the following charges do apply for returned orders:
- Depending on order type and size, a 15% restocking fee may apply
- For all orders sent back, other than damaged orders, the customer must pay for both
the send and return shipping.
- All orders must be returned within 30 days
- Customers who are returning an undamaged good will receive a credit for their returned
item once it has been received, and is deemed to be intact
Upon receiving Your Shipment
Upon the arrival of your shipment, whether it was shipped small package or by truck,
please take the time to inspect your item to make sure that it was not damaged during
transit. The inability to note a damaged product at the time of delivery may result
in automatic forfeit of the ability to return the item, or have the item covered
under shipping insurance. We urge you to not only inspect the outside of the package,
but also to immediately open the item and make sure that it is 100% intact. If the
item appears damaged please have the driver make note of it, if it looks damaged
beyond use please refuse the shipment. This is to make sure that you will be covered
by the carriers insurance. If there is a problem with damaged product we will work
very hard to get you a replacement as quickly as possible.
Warranty Information
Upon the arrival of your product please check to see if there is warranty information
included. Note, not all items come with warranty information. If there is warranty
information available please fill it out at your earliest convenience so that if
there is a problem with your item it will be covered under the insurance that is
available. If you do not see warranty information please feel free to check the
manufacturer’s website to see if any warranty forms are available via their website.
Not all manufacturers offer a warranty program.
Ships Same Day
We work very hard to get you the products that you have ordered as quickly as possible.
On many of our items we offer same day shipping! This means that if you order a
product marked “ships same day,” before 1pm on any business day, that this item
will ship same day! If you do happen to miss the cut off point, then your item will
ship next day guaranteed! We want to make your shopping experience smooth and hassle
free. Please feel free to call us with any questions about our shipping program.
In addition all of our products marked “ships same day” have expedited shipping
options available. Need a product next day, or want to upgrade to 2 day shipping?
Call us to upgrade a ships same day item, to a next day or 2 day delivery (for a
small fee*). Please let us know if you have any questions, or of there is anything
we can do to serve you better.
White Glove Delivery
White glove delivery service is a great solution for buyers who want their items
brought into the house and set up. Curbside delivery is included for free on ALL
purchases on Olejo Stores sites; for an extra fee white glove delivery service can
be added to an order.
White glove delivery service specifically includes the following:
- Delivery service will call to set up an appointment
- Delivery into the home up to two flights of stairs
- Unpacking of purchased goods ONLY
- Removal of packing material and boxes associated with purchased items
- Set up of purchased items ONLY
Services NOT included in white glove delivery service:
- ANY movement of non purchased furniture
- Removal of beds, foundations, box springs etc.(these services can be purchased for
additional costs)
It is the customer’s responsibility to inspect and check purchased items for damages
or flaws upon delivery. White glove delivery service is a fantastic choice for buyers
interested in adjustable beds, large mattresses, assembled furniture and any item
that ships freight.
Refusal of Shipment Policy
Once an order has been confirmed you have 12 hours to cancel. If a product is damaged
the customer can refuse shipment and avoid any shipping charges associated with
delivery. If a customer refuses shipment on a non-damaged delivery, it is the CUSTOMERS
obligation to pay for shipping both ways.
