Memory Foam Information:
Memory foam, made from polyurethane, was originally developed by NASA to help astronauts feel more comfortable during flight. In recent years, memory foam has hit the bedding industry by storm, being one of the most comfortable and supportive materials on the market. Q: Hi...do you recommend a foundation for the mattress? THinking about putting a mattress in a waterbed frame and wonder if a foundation is needed. Also..I can't find the comfort scale that is highlighted in the description. When I click on it, it returns me to all the mattresses. Thanks.

A: This product will not need a foundation if it is sitting on a wooden waterbed frame.
